You’ve spent months planning your dream Somerset wedding or special occasion. What started as a few bookmarks in a folder called ‘dream wedding’ has now come to life. You can almost smell the fresh, seasonal bouquet and taste that first bite of locally-grown food…
But these thoughts are racing around in your head – like you don’t have enough worries already!
I know all you really want is to be able to fully embrace your day, so you can remember every tiny detail and every memory you create.
You’ve had all the ideas, you’ve planned everything you can, and now you need someone to be there on the day. Your friends and family have offered to help, but then that would mean they wouldn’t be able to let loose, and you don’t want that.
I can be your keep an eye on things and be on hand should anything unexpected arise – and let’s be honest, it almost always does.
You get to relax knowing that you’ve got a sidekick there for you to manage everything. My job is to be there for you on the day to make sure you, and everyone, is as happy as Larry.

How it works
As your on-the-day wedding coordinator or decorator, I’ll be there to support you in those final stages of your wedding planning and design journey.
We start with a 1-hour video call where you’ll tell me absolutely every worry you have about your event, and together we’ll create a solution that’ll fix your worries.
Then, once you feel a bit calmer, you’ll send me your schedule and I’ll get my magnifying glass on it to make sure everything you’ve planned will come together. I’ll offer suggestions for changes if needed. No snags, no mishaps, and no f-ups!
I’ll take the time to visit your venue and run through your schedule and decoration plan for the day so that everything is as streamlined as possible – catching any issues before they have time to happen.
On the day, I’ll be there to oversee everything coming together, from the welcome drinks to the canapés to soak up the drinks, to making sure the table candles are all lit and the mic for the speeches is actually plugged in.
Just relax as much as you can and enjoy your day coming to life.
Starting price - On the day coordination/decoration - £650
(starting price includes - initial consultation call and quote, pre-event coordination and on the day coordination/decoration)
