Gayle was absolutely incredible, we couldn’t have had the perfect wedding without her. She took our vague description of a Festival theme with an orange and green colour scheme and turned a field and tipi into the most amazing wedding setting.
She is hyper-organised with a spreadsheet for everything and has some amazing, creative ideas, which is a wonderful mix for a wedding planner. Ceremony field, table decor, signage, kid’s games, ceiling decor, guitar guest book, gift table, fire pits with marshmallows, flowers and everything else was designed, sourced, organised and set-up by her. She was with us all weekend, setting up, coordinating suppliers and organised the entire wedding party to ensure our wedding weekend was perfect.

We worked with Gayle using her Day of Coordinator support service. We were absolutely blown away by what a difference her support made to our Wedding day! Gayle was really attentive and enthusiastic about all of our wedding details from the word go and we felt that she completely understood what we wanted to do despite us having a less than conventional wedding!
We loved Gayle's priorities around being eco-conscious which matched ours exactly. It was reassuring to know that she would advocate for these priorities if needed.
Gayle went above and beyond to troubleshoot issues from our timeline, liaise with our suppliers, and be involved with our friends and family on the day. She was such a pleasure to have around and we could never thank her enough.
With all the iron clad prep work from Gayle, we had no worries on the day that everything was going to run smoothly and anything was going to be handled completely. Both of us had the opportunity to relax and fully enjoy the day we had spent 2 years planning.
